[FancyZones] Visual Studio 2022 secondary windows leave an outline on screen after close

Steps to reproduce

In Visual Studio 2022, undock a window to its own indipendent window.
Assign it to a zone with fancy zones, then close Visual Studio.

✔️ Expected Behavior

No artifact left on screen

❌ Actual Behavior

The docked windows leave an outline on the screen.
Closing Powertoys or restarting the video driver doesn't help and the only fix is to reboot.

FYI this is still happening for me on latest Powertoys with latest VS 2022 on 24H2 with multiple PCs.
