Environment variables split path editing for variables with mutli paths

Description of the new feature / enhancement

A vaiable with muti paths could be edit like this

while in Powertoys' editor, it only shows a long text,which may easyli result in an error

It seems only path variable could spit path editing

Scenario when this would be used?

when edit none 'path' variables with large text, split path editing counld increase efficiency and make less mistake.
