Steps to reproduce

This issue goes back years. Multi monitor setup. Set fancy zones with zero margin. Hibernate computer, when it wakes all your windows now have a margin around them and need resnapping.

✔️ Expected Behavior

That no margin would remain as intended. There's no reason to suddenly add a margin after hibernate.

❌ Actual Behavior

Margins were added.

There's probably some hard coded margin value somewhere, maybe 15px. This kind of thing used to be worse and was partially fixed but there are probably still some hardcoded values in there.
