Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to add XP89DCGQ3K6VLD in Intune as managed Windows app using Microsoft Store app (new) method
   

2. Error "The selected app does not have a valid latest package version." is received
   

✔️ Expected Behavior

In the past package XP89DCGQ3K6VLD worked using this deployment method. In our app install logs, last version that was installed successfully is 0.81.1

❌ Actual Behavior

Error "The selected app does not have a valid latest package version."
If XP89DCGQ3K6VLD was added in the past and it worked, now attempts to install it from Company Portal fail.
