Steps to reproduce

Running Power Toys as a normal user and using an elevated account to update it when notified leads to a disappearing update screen and a messy situation that Power Toys don't start up and when they do after several trials it still shows the old version and a question to update. When switching to an elevated account to perform the update the window does not even appear and again after serveral stops and starts it finally show up.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Start the update, ask for an elevated account, perform the update and report success, restart powertoys in the new version and say that the update succeeded.
