Steps to reproduce

• Disable clear previous query on launch setting.
  
• open PowerToys Run
  
• Type words in input box until result listed becomes fewer.
  
• Now close the PowerToys Run.
• Reopen it.
  
• Now the position of the PowerToys Run would have changed based on the number of results.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The position of PowerToys Run not changes based on number of results of previous query.

❌ Actual Behavior

Position of PowerToys Run changing based on number of results of previous query.
