Description of the new feature / enhancement

Provide an option to store regularly used patterns with a friendly name. Currently previously applied patterns are available in a drop-down but this isn't very user friendly as I basically have to re-interpret what each pattern does whenever I want to re-use one I've used previously.

Scenario when this would be used?

Any time I want to re-use a pattern.

Came here for same Feature Request, adding context to my usage;

I regularly have to rename the same type of filenames.
And they are most times filenames that have to be renamed in multiple iterations (in order to get all names out of e.g. a dir of 100 names in the same framing.
For example;

1. Exchange all the '.' to a '_'
2. Change all the dates to the correct format, some start as mm.dd.yyyy , some as ddmmyyyy, some as dd-mm-yyyy
3. Make sure the file always starts with that date
4. Capitalize all first letters of a word

I'm sure theres a very complex regex possible that can do this in one smooth run, but as soon as one bit changes, that regex has to be updated.
The currently available 'recent' replacements are in my case useless, as this gets thrown around a lot when you re-use a recent replacement.

Being able to save and reload regularly used patterns (and include a friendly name), would make my life much more easier.
