Steps to reproduce

I am trying to add a "Send Text" remap which has U+FFFD, (� REPLACEMENT CHARACTER) and it will not keep it. It will go in the box but is not saved.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I want to enter this:

❌ Actual Behavior

I get this after save and re-open, U+FFFD is missing.

Looks like technically it is not missing. Note the space between the letters. Maybe something like a font issue, where the character is displayed as a blank space.

They don't seem to be in the JSON at ...\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\Keyboard Manager\default.json

I assume this is a limitation of the JSON library.

Then I guess it's converted to a space, before storage? It reminds me of %20 in a url.
