Steps to reproduce

  • enable mouse crosshairs
  • open snipping tool
  • set snip tool to capture window
  • create new snip
  • snip tool doesn't track windows
  • click to capture and entire screen(s) is captured

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expecting to be able to select the window & capture just that.

❌ Actual Behavior

The entire screen/screens is captured.
