Steps to reproduce

I hope I'm not the only user with a 4K screen @100% scale, but this has been an ongoing issue with each installation for me at least. When on the Welcome and tours windows, the upper example animations do not fully show (as boxed), so much of the helpful info is not in view. There is however, a mass of whitespace (in yellow) below the tool title, How to launch & Tips & tricks.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication. I have been a PowerToys user for many years and don't know how I'd do without some of them.

I would hope to see a larger window for the animations, that reduces the redundant whitespace. I understand we can get to the full info from the Learn more option, but this necessitates opening Edge when a fuller description and animation would sometimes suffice. I've hashed a IMO better view that may help demonstrate my thinking;

A very small area for the animation is shown and often the actual part of the animation that relates to the tool is out of view.
