Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the "new+" feature in PowerToys.
2. Use "new+" to create a new file or folder with a template.
3. Observe that the file or folder is created to the left of the mouse cursor position, often ending up on the adjacent monitor if you have multiple screens.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The new file or folder should be created at the exact position of the mouse cursor when the "new+" command is used.

❌ Actual Behavior

The new file or folder is created to the left of the mouse cursor's position, and on multi-monitor setups, it may end up on an adjacent screen. This can create confusion as it feels like no file or folder has been created.

I'm able to reproduce and I'll need to rework the logic for this.

Note: I think this might be an issue similar to #36440
