Steps to reproduce

1. Open Registry Preview from PowerToys icon flyout.
2. Load file.
3. Open other windows in front. (For the logic.)
4. Open Registry Preview from PowerToys icon flyout.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Windows keeps data and comes to front.

❌ Actual Behavior

Window keeps behind other windows and looses data.
