Steps to reproduce

Preview: I have a monitor with the specs of 4k 120HZ. When I was connecting the laptop to a monitor using HDMI 2.0, the UI was transferred without an issue. BUT, I started using DisplayPort to type C with supports 4k 120HZ. I plugged in and laptop started freezing for up to 5 minutes. Monitor detected that source was plugged in but couldn't transfer the data. It took 5 painful minutes for a laptop to connect to properly to a monitor.

Laptop: Asus zenbook 14 ux340 RAM 32, integrated videocard, CPU 3.8 GHZ, GPU Intel Arc A370M. Windows 11
Monitor: 28" Gaming Monitor with 144hz refresh rate Odyssey G7

✔️ Expected Behavior

Like, with display port to type c 120 HZ 4k should transfer data WITH the same experience as HDMI to HDMI 2.0 2k 120 HZ: IN mere second without freezing the laptop

❌ Actual Behavior

Laptop was freezed for 5 minutes and lagged before it finally transferred the data to monitor
