Description of the new feature / enhancement
If Automatically Hide the Taskbar is not set, Fancy Zones and the Zone Editor do not account for the Taskbar. The Zones will always overlap the taskbar area.
It would be better if Fancy Zones automatically accounted for this setting. For example, setting a column that is 100% tall (minus margins), should use all available space if Automatically Hide the Taskbar is set, and all available space minus the taskbar area if it is not.
Scenario when this would be used?
When I use, for example, Windows Terminal, most of the activity is on the bottom line of the terminal. This is hidden when Automatically Hide the Taskbar is not set. It is just as bad when Automatically Hide the Taskbar is set, because it means window activity will reveal the taskbar and cover the same area.
