Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Mouse Without Borders on two devices
   1. The primary device with a mouse connected should have a horizontal scroll wheel (like the Logi MX Master 3)
2. Move mouse from primary device to secondary device
3. Try to scroll horizontal content
4. See that nothing happens
   1. Shift + Scroll still does horizontal scrolling

✔️ Expected Behavior

Horizontal scroll wheels should work on secondary device

❌ Actual Behavior

Horizontal scroll wheels don't work on secondary device

Same issue as you. Today It was working fine, since a moment that stoped working. I rebooted the services, updated to the last version and horizontal scroll keeps without working. Only shortcut : Ctrl + Alt + F1 | F2 makes me change between computers.
