Keyboard shortcut mappings fail in some applications. For example, the search and path bar in explorer.exe, the control panel, etc.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Keyboard mapping should work properly.

❌ Actual Behavior

The whole keyboard mappings seemingly don't work in specific apps. Besides, the PowerToys Run doesn't works in Task Manager.

Can confirm. In particular, mappings don't work in Task Manager's search.

Can confirm. In particular, mappings don't work in Task Manager's search.

Turning on administrator mode solves this problem. However, in some apps, especially Win32 apps, opening administrator mode still does not map properly.
