Steps to reproduce

Paste URL into editing area, comment it using ; character, then CTRL-click it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Either it should not even try to open URLs, or do this respecting user setting of default browser.

❌ Actual Behavior

Edge pops up. My default browser is not Edge.
