It would be appreciated if you could give users the ability to hide the shortcut arrow for the listed apps in the "Run" module for better clean visuals.

Scenario when this would be used?

Some people hate the look of the shortcut arrow. It would be great if you could give the option to hide them from all the listed apps in the "Run" module.
