Would like to search for emails as long as Outlook is installed

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It'd be great to search for emails that Outlook has as long as it's installed on a PC. Normally, we'd open Outlook and look into each folder to see some emails or use the search box to search for emails.

Scenario when this would be used?

1. Press ALT+SPACE to open PowerToys Run.
2. Type an email - for example, Windows Insider Program Updates From October 2024.
3. Click an email and it'll open in Outlook.

Supporting information

Supposedly, PowerToys Run should have an Outlook plugin. However, this requires that Outlook be installed on a PC - it can be New Outlook, Classic Outlook, or both. With an Outlook plugin available and enabled, one can type an email in PowerToys Run and click it to open it in any version of Outlook.
