Feature Request: Identify a Window's Process

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The SysInternals Process Explorer had this feature. It allows to drag this crosshair onto an open window to find out which process it belongs to.

Scenario when this would be used?

Useful, for example, when a window pops up that I don't recognize. To find out if it's malware, or what software package it belongs to and who installed it. Typically I might want to uninstall it.

As I understand, much of the PowerToy's functionality is adapted from SysInternals. I think this would be a good addition.
