Automatic Theme Switching Based on Location and Time

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be great if PowerToys could provide an option to automatically switch Windows themes based on time of day or location and you should switch between the different themes. Like Apple has it, so i can have a different background when i have my device in work mode than when its in Uni or Bedtime or Gaming mode.

Scenario when this would be used?

Location-based switching: Different themes at home and at work. And at different time of days or "workmodes"
