Unable to uninstall PowerToys

✔️ Expected Behavior

Powertoys listed in start menu, right click > uninstall works

❌ Actual Behavior

I am unable to uninstall or configure PowerToys
I've installed using Microsoft Store link, but after that I couldn't find any shortcuts in Start or any ways to configure the power toys.
I've installed using the github installer and then uninstalled that version, this did not help.
Right now I press ctrl twice and I get the mouse cursor spotlight, but I have no way to disable it
Powertoys are not listed in:

1. Start Menu
2. "Installed Apps"
3. Microsoft Store in Library
4. when I find PowerToys in Microsoft Store the button says Install

I am unable to see any processes that I could check to find where it's running exactly
Please help.

Are you sure you installed it under your current user?

Windows Settings -> apps should have it listed if it was there. The store and GitHub installer are the same

In task manager, you should see a PowerToys process if you are getting find my mouse.

there is no tray icon, so I cannot do that

what is a "powertoys process"?

Turns out I had it installed on a client computer I used to connect to a host VM and client powertoys somehow caught keypress instead of passing it to the RDP session
