Delete auto downloaded setup files after install

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When PowerToys updated automatically, it should delete the downloaded installer from %APPDATA%\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\Updates to free up disk space

Whenever update is performed

Whenever my PC runs out of disk space I discover multiple gigabytes of update files in %APPDATA%\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\Updates
