Description of the new feature / enhancement

When searching for files with Command Palette utility (if file search is enabled), allow users to quickly preview the currently selected file result using Peek without leaving the launcher.

Scenario when this would be used?

Bringing Peek into the result actions would let users preview the file in place avoiding context switching to File Explorer.

The workflow could be:

1. Type to find a file
2. Peek to verify
3. Review multiple search results rapidly by moving selection up/down
4. After selecting the correct one open it or choose another action

Supporting information

Options that might be suitable:

• Add Peek to the result actions menu (the "more actions" flyout for a selected result).
• Promote Peek as a primary action for file results with its own keyboard shortcut.
