Steps to reproduce

Some Settings descriptions use inconsistent or ambiguous wording when describing:

User interactions
e.g. “press”, “press mouse button”, “press the mouse wheel” vs “click”, “right-click”, “select”.

Scaling / zoom behavior
e.g. mixed usage of “scale”, “scaling”, “zoom”, or unclear verbs such as
“scale the screen”, “scaling the view”, “zoom the content”.

This inconsistency can be confusing for users and may not align with Microsoft UX writing guidance.

These concerns were raised during PR #43073 review, but addressing them there would have expanded the scope beyond the intended functional change.
