Steps to reproduce

• Activate Command Palette Dock
• Set Position to Top, Left or Right (Bottom may have the same issue, but it isn't notable, because of positioning)

✔️ Expected Behavior

The dock is positioned, so that there is no gap to the top of the screen

❌ Actual Behavior

• There is a 1px gap between dock and top of screen letting the desktop background peek through
