Steps to reproduce

Enable Command Pallette Dock and enable the Performance Monitor panel.

Click on the GPU option to open the GPU flyout.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The GPU panel should show the GPU utilization and the flyout should show detailed GPU usage.

❌ Actual Behavior

GPU panel shows ??? and opening the panel shows the following error:

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. (Parameter 'index')
