Steps to reproduce

1. open cmdpal
2. search for a system app (eg Windows Settings, Registry editor, Task Manager)
3. right-click it

✔️ Expected Behavior

CmdPal does not show the uninstall option for the system apps

❌ Actual Behavior

CmdPal shows the uninstall button for those apps, risking accidentally uninstalling them
