Steps to reproduce

• install powertoys using winget
• toggle on keyboard manager then use 4 remapping to remap

LCtrl as Caps
Caps as LCtrl
LAlt as Win
Win as LAlt

• then press Win(by pressing LAlt) + v to open the enhanced clipper board
• choose one of the history
• press enter

✔️ Expected Behavior

• the clipboard paste the correct history content

❌ Actual Behavior

• the Caps indicator light will toggled once, and a single 'v' or 'V' will be pasted
• but the history will be lifted into the current clipboard slot correctly
• so the next time you press LCtrl(by Caps) + v, the clipboard will work correctly

Additional Information

• I can avoid this problem by using this remapping, it can works fine

Caps as LCtrl
RCtrl as Caps
LAlt as Win
Win as LAlt

• but I still take it as a bug, cause the Caps will be wrongly toggled when I remap LCtrl as Caps
