Steps to reproduce

1. Two computers
   Local computer: 10.114.39.xxx, cloud service: 10.18.xx.xxx
2. Copy the text from the local computer to the cloud server; the mouse in the cloud server system will experience slow teleportation and slow response; the cloud server is connected to the cloud server through Omnissa Horizon Client; the mouse movement may be slow from time to time;
3. After it appears, exit the powertoys software and it will return to normal.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Mouse moves normally

❌ Actual Behavior

The mouse often moves very slowly and freezes.
