The feature request is to increase the number of dimensions for adding virtual desktops from 1 to 2. Being able to have rows of virtual desktops would be a good productivity boost for some. Moving between these desktops could be done with Ctrl+Win+Alt+[Directional Arrow] or through the Task View (currently opened by Win+Tab).

I would love to hear thoughts and ideas on how to improve this further in the comments. Maybe it would be better to have a 2D grid of virtual desktops instead of several rows? Maybe another hotkey combination would be more suitable.

I agree, it would improve many users productivity by a significant margin.
