I've removed this from 0.37 since I would like to first see the community feedback after 0.33 is released.
The plugin manager allows to choose the default plugins and allows to configure the activation key, that might make this option less important.
On the other hand I think we might see more requests for the ability to sort the results based on the plugin priority.
