Colored Tabs for Virtual Desktops

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Tabs can be colorized.

If you've got a lot of tabs it can be hard to quickly find the right one. Thus it'd be helpful if there was a second way to identify a tab beside the name.
The color can be set through a background color or a knob aside of the name.

renaming is possible in the current insider builds of Windows 10. Coloring is a great idea
