SettingsStorageExtensions class is not implemented at all

Describe the bug

The entire feature of "Data Storage" is not implemented at all. A stub service is half used for settings

Create a code map of the solution with the 'Unused Node Filter' selected and the storage node is highlighted as dead code.

To Reproduce

1. Start template studio
2. Select Settings storage feature
3. Create the solution
4. Open Helpers folder of main project and open SettingsStorageExtensions.cs file
5. Nothing references any of the methods.
