Find Raw View item with FindElementByAccessibilityId method

I am unable to access UWP app UI elements which have AutomationProperties.AccessibilityView property set as "Raw" using FindElementByAccessibilityId method. Is it possible to search elements from Raw Tree view using WinAppDriver?

This seems like a key capability that should be included. We can't always go to development and ask them to change element properties
