Back button and global menú on title bar like to toolkitlabs

My questions is Windows apps sdk 1.7 provide clases for put or set back button and global menú, (panel) on title bar, i can't find examples about it!

The TitleBar control is planned to be added to the gallery, and there is already an open PR for it (#1797). However, there are some issues that make it unstable at the moment, such as:

• CenterContent in TitleBar control does not stretch properly microsoft-ui-xaml#10421

• TitleBar control content misalignment and cropping after maximizing and dragging microsoft-ui-xaml#10427

So, I believe it will be included once it's more stable.
