Improve performance of IRQL queries

Our IRQL queries were recently moved from the "experimental" set to the "must-run" set.  We have received feedback that these queries take an outsize amount of time to run.

These queries should have their performance reviewed and if possible optimized, as well as have their output reviewed to ensure they are more actionable.
