Describe the bug

There is a chance that this exception will be raised when start the app. It happens almost every two times when target to net7. It also happens on WAS 1.1.5 and net6. I dont't what's wrong with it. This is the project which I build. https://github.com/Paving-Base/APK-Installer

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Build Project.
2. Run the app from Visual Studio.

Expected behavior

No exception should be given.

This looks like an Intel driver bug. Have you updated your drivers?

I'm working now on a revision of the same app ported to .NET 9.0 with VS 2022. I haven seen the problem reported in this thread since, although while running the packaged app under debug among the long list of dlls loaded at startup I see a bunch of Exceptions thrown in the background by VS dlls, apparently handled internally. Fortunately none of those exceptions crash the application anymore.
