Links generating visual glitch on cursor

I'm attaching a video with the problem using a FakeLink component, I'm not sure if this is also happening on regular links.

Basically, the whenever you hover a link it's switching the cursor between: 'regular - text selector - pointer' generating a visual glitch that doesn't feel right.

That's not how the cursor behaves normally against interactive elements or links.

This is still an issue. I was able to repro with the FakeLink example in Chrome.
