Proposed Fix

Record 3 short (3-5 min) demos:

1. 'AI Agent Governance in 5 Minutes' — overview + quick start, show policy violation caught in real time
2. 'Securing MCP Tool Calls' — MCP proxy demo, show malicious tool call blocked
3. 'SRE for AI Agents' — SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing, circuit breaker tripping

Publish to YouTube, embed in README and package READMEs.
