Allow persistent/sticky login so that users do not have to reauthenticate multiple times per day

Describe the solution you'd like
Credentials should not need to be entered every 10 minutes when I open AppCenter in a fresh tab. There is close to no persistence of credentials as nearly every time I use AppCenter (or HockeyApp), I need to reauthenticate. Azure Devops, Office 365, Azure MS Portal, etc. all remember who I am on my work machine.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None. I have no choice but to go through the authorization flow multiple times per day.
