Add AAD groups as collaborators/owners

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to add AAD groups as collaborators/owners as team members on App Center. We'd like to control our team's access from one central place to make adding/removing people easier.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A solution would be to create an email based group to add to App Center, but that increases the number of security groups we need to manage. Access doesn't work when creating an email based security group with the AAD as the group members.

Additional context
This is a request coming from an internal employee - it's something we'd wish to have set up for all mobile apps that use App Center within Xbox. Thanks.
