Persist / cache build dependencies between builds

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to 'backup' the Carthage build output folder between builds and then run Carthage build with use cache flag. This will speed up builds considerably.

Thanks for this request @Sushant40. I can see how this would speed up builds and be valuable. We'll keep this open to track interest from others as well. This is also similar to #473.

Very interested in this - we're feeling the pain now more recently with our dependency installs timing out, possibly related to the build pipeline work you're doing

I'm also interested in this. I'm using Appcenter build for 10 react-native projects and builds are invoked frequently. Build time takes too much time. It's great if there's any dependency caching mechanism. So we can reduce time at-least a bit.
Most CI tools provide this caching mechanism. I feel it's great if we can have this feature in Appcenter as well.

Anything on this? We're consistently hitting API rate limits and it's stalling our pipelines.
