Support chat doesn't show up in Firefox and Brave Browser

App Center website support chat.

Describe the bug
The blue chat window in the bottom right only shows up in Safari, but not Firefox or Brave Browser.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to appcenter.ms with Firefox or Brave
2. Look into bottom right corner
3. See no blue chat window

Expected behavior
Blue chat window appears.
