How to extend the Aspire Dashboard with Custom Visualizations (Page/View)

In this video -- the description states: extend the dashboard with your own visualizations -- yet in the actual video can't seem to find anything like "add my own view/page" etc. -- only custom interactions as an example

is there a method to add my own "page" -- eg. I'd like to add a GenAI token "cost" tracking for sessions, etc. based upon the OTEL telemetry.
