Can we use OpenAI's o3-mini and o1-mini in autogen's magentic one framework.

I want to use o1 and o3 models in autogen. I am getting "value error: the model does not support function calling.".

I am using o1-mini model version 2024-09-12 and o3-mini version 2024-12-01-preview
