Autogen agent calls using client certificates

How do I pass Client certificates along with agentic calls made via LLM agents such as AssistantAgents, Proxy Agents? Currently, autogen is used to make LLM calls. We need to pass the client certificates using the current agentic approach. Client certificate will contain path and key as credentials.
