[enhancement]: I want to use nerdctl from Azure Pipelines task.

I want to build some images and push it from Azure Pipelines to Azure Container Registry using nerdctl.
However, there is no task that supports nerdctl now.

Do you have any ideas to use nerdctl from Azure Pipelines?
If there is no way, please provide new task from Azure Pipelines to use nerdctl.
