[enhancement]: Expose RunId as an output parameter

Hi,
I am trying to find a way to retrieve the runID that is created from this PublishTestResults task. This is used at later tasks or steps in our Job to process the correct output.
I am able to clearly see the runID being output as part of the log output, If I am missing something we should be able to expose this for next tasks to perform necessary actions. Let me know if there is a way of retrieving that once this task has been completed
