[enhancement]: define WorkingDirectory for Maven Task

I inherited the codebase that originated the bug #19135, seems that the only adjust to be done is to expose the workingDirectory, that currently is fixed at {$System.DefaultWorkingDirectory}.
So I suggest to expose it as a new flag, with the default as System.DefaultWorkingDirectory
